Acumatica 2026 R2 is the release that switches the classic UI off for good, and the one where AI stops being a preview and becomes something you connect your own model to. There are hundreds of changes in it. Pete, who works inside a business that runs Acumatica every day, and Nirav Shah of AdCirrus ERP, who implements it for a living, picked the eight that manufacturers and distributors should care about. Then they settled whether to take it now.
In this episode:
- Classic UI is gone: why the browsers forced it, and what it means for your customisations
- Bring your own AI through the MCP connector, and the pricing question nobody's answered yet
- Why AI is only as good as your Generic Inquiries and master data
- The AI assistant, dashboards built from a chat, and wiki answers that cost no AI units
- Available to promise across every warehouse, and why it lives or dies on your dates
- Shop floor kiosk 2.0, Shopify restocking fees, 1099 e-filing and the native data warehouse
- The verdict: take R2, but not the first build

And welcome back to the ABCs of ERP and Beyond, the podcast all about enterprise resource planning and how it can help your manufacturing and distribution business grow, get control, and stop firefighting. My name's Pete and I come from this at from the data and systems side, inside a business that runs Acumatica day to day. and we also have Nirav Shah.
From AdCirrus ERP, and he implements this for a living. It's just the two of us this week. Emily's away, but we are straight into talking about Acumatica 2026R2. Now, back in May, we went through 26R1 and told you a few things were in the pipeline. So we are going to discuss whether we see these now being released into 26R2.
Now there are hundreds of changes in this release. We are not able to cover them all. We cannot,
Nirav Shah (00:52)
you
Peter Nicholson (00:52)
we just do not have enough time. But we have certainly picked out the ones that we think manufacturers and distributors most care about.
the ones that you should be aware of. time is against us to be able to get through just half of the stuff that we want to. We're gonna have to keep the pace going. So Nirav, here we are, 26
Nirav Shah (01:10)
Yeah
Peter Nicholson (01:12)
R2. I can't believe we're already here. We have got a lot to cover today.
Nirav Shah (01:17)
Yeah, we have a ton to cover today and this is one of those releases with that game Attica where we're seeing the fruits of their labor from the previous release. Essentially all a lot of a lot of AI, a lot of shifts in the platform that we talked about last time. We talked about those major platform shifts that happen. They're now being built on.
very aggressively in 26R2
are many that customers are going to be able to use very quickly and they've been asking for. And this goes against with Acumatica storyline this whole time is they listen to customers and they understand where some of the existing gaps are over the years and is every publisher going to be able to fill every gap at every release? Most likely not, but...
I think, as we saw in 26R1, they filled the right gaps at that time. I think 26R2, they're also filling some right gaps in other different major areas. really, really excited about this release. We've been telling customers that if there was a release that they needed to go on, this is probably going to be the one, because there is one major, major change here that's going to require.
every customer to be on this release. Unlike previous releases, it wasn't 100 % required, but just the way the product is now being supported internally with Acumatica, this is gonna be one of those required releases that I think every customer should do, otherwise you might be out of support. So we'll talk about that and get into it, but really awesome release by Acumatica.
Peter Nicholson (02:51)
Alright, let's get straight into it then. Point number one. This is the biggest change that I think will affect everyone, every end user, and developers alike. and this is the classic UI. It is going away. So 26R2, we got told about this a year or two ago, I guess, that at some point it was going to be phased out.
We saw it originally, I think twenty-five R1. Maybe twenty-five R2 is a like a preview feature. Twenty-six
Nirav Shah (03:14)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (03:17)
R1, it became kind of generally available, but you could switch, right? We could have classic
Nirav Shah (03:20)
Yep. Yep.
Peter Nicholson (03:22)
view or the new modern UI. Twenty-six
R2
Nirav Shah (03:24)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (03:25)
is the major deadline. We are now on modern UI going forward.
I like the modern UI. There are still a few bugs that I've seen are
Nirav Shah (03:35)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (03:36)
being fixed in twenty six R two. I would like them to also do them in twenty six R one and not leave
Nirav Shah (03:43)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (03:43)
us customers here on twenty six R one with the bugs that are now fixed. Like we embraced twenty six R one.
Nirav Shah (03:47)
Right, right, right.
Peter Nicholson (03:48)
We wanted to embrace the modern UI. We wanted to feed back
Nirav Shah (03:51)
Hmm.
Peter Nicholson (03:52)
information to Acumatica about things that we're experiencing, bugs.
Nirav Shah (03:57)
Right, exactly.
Peter Nicholson (03:57)
glitches and then to be told guys don't worry it's fixed
in 26R2 that doesn't help me out you know I don't want spend another X thousand to upgrade
Nirav Shah (04:04)
Exactly. Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (04:09)
I want my my stuff I've reported I want fixed in 26R1
Nirav Shah (04:13)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (04:14)
but on the whole I really like the modern UI
the reason for the change, I didn't realize this, but it's actually the browsers that are deprecating
Nirav Shah (04:25)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (04:25)
some ways that websites are rendered because of security issues.
Nirav Shah (04:30)
Yep. Yep.
Peter Nicholson (04:32)
And originally Google Chrome said as of November seventeenth, this particular this particular way that we render screens, the XSLT behaviour was going away. Like you just won't render.
Nirav Shah (04:48)
Yeah. Okay.
Peter Nicholson (04:49)
So of course everyone is now struggling to make sure that they're not reliant on that. Classic UI is completely reliant on that.
Nirav Shah (04:57)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (04:58)
so
really November seventeen is stuff will break regardless of you know
Nirav Shah (05:02)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (05:03)
y you know what particular edition you're using. the frightening bit was that Google actually pushed an update in July, going,
Nirav Shah (05:11)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (05:11)
we're gonna change it now. So there are some hotfixes. So if you are on the modern UI and you are on twenty five R2 or twenty-six R one, and still have some class stuff in classic.
or before that
Nirav Shah (05:22)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (05:23)
it will it would have just broken. Now Acumatica have
Nirav Shah (05:27)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (05:27)
already released hotfixes patches to prior editions that
Nirav Shah (05:31)
Yes, they have.
Peter Nicholson (05:32)
have literally gone live two days ago for 26 R1 customers with classic. So we've
Nirav Shah (05:38)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (05:38)
got some more time but it is something to be wary of, especially for
Customizations. If you have any customizations that just stuck on classic, they need to be converted. ASCP.
Nirav Shah (05:50)
That's it.
Peter Nicholson (05:51)
so I think that
Nirav Shah (05:52)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (05:52)
could be a big job, but I'd imagine that Acumatica can still work their magic and apply fixes and patches to help us have enough time, right? but yeah, modern UI, I think
Nirav Shah (06:04)
Yep, yeah,
Peter Nicholson (06:07)
I think Modern UI is a great win. It's so much cleaner. It brings Ecumatica to you know a a modern looking end user experience. I think we've covered it before. There's just it future proofs the system. we're already seeing more flexibility. It's easier to do now customize screens, right? I can customize the header, I can hide fields that I don't care about in a low code, no code environment.
Straight into point number two. which is AI. AI in general.
Nirav Shah (06:33)
Yeah
Peter Nicholson (06:35)
we saw this at the launch event on last week. AI, AI, AI everywhere, AI assistant and MCP. Nirav, why's
Nirav Shah (06:41)
Yep, yeah, assistant.
Peter Nicholson (06:44)
this caught your attention?
Nirav Shah (06:45)
Well, I think it goes without saying everyone's using Claude, right? Everyone's using ChatGDP. They're all using these AI tools. And right now they're probably just taking reports from Acumatica or Excel reports that they're doing, throwing it into their AI of their choice, and then asking questions with the NTP connector and things. think this is just going to take that.
conversation, that prompt conversation to a whole deeper level. You you're now linking your full database and in essence, the DakiMatica to their, you know, AI of choice and essentially asking questions to help build a business, help grow their business at the end of the day. I think this is huge. And I know there's, I know there's security concerns around that. You know, we talk to customers all the time. like, well, what's going to happen if we connect?
know, our ERP that has vendor cost information, you your price information, your margin information, a lot of sensitive information. What happens if they connect it to an MCP server? Is it secure? Is it protected? Is it private? And the answer is all yes it is. It stays within your own kind of account of Claude or ChatGPT or whatever you use. It doesn't go outside of that and it
Peter Nicholson (07:58)
Mm-hmm.
Nirav Shah (07:59)
stays very, very secure from that standpoint.
The questions that arise, however, after that is usage. What does the transaction usage look like? What are these tokens? How much do have to pay? How many prompts do I get a month? That type of thing. think a lot of that still needs to be worked out. But this is, I think, phase one for Acumatica of connecting this to an AI, a few different AIs.
And then how this evolves, what happens with pricing. There is already some preliminary pricing out there, but even Acumatica comes out and says that they're working through it. They're trying to better understand how customers are gonna be using this functionality. So in order for them to really put maybe some better guardrails in terms of
pricing and even functionality, they've kind of threw it out there for us as phase one right now in 26R2. And then I could see this from an IKU MEDICA standpoint, them chopping this up a little more down the road possibly. But I think any customer that could get a hand on this right now, right out of the gate, and especially if you're an AI forward.
forward business right now and you are implementing initiatives using Acumatica, this is one you should be super super excited and want to start using right away.
Peter Nicholson (09:24)
Yeah, I think at some point we should do a full episode on what this looks like as things start to become more generally available. But in a nutshell I will continue to watch it because there's many use cases. I immediately think of two. One is having going through the motions of human in the loop,
They had a nice roadmap of right, let's let's teach the AI this. Let's now do human on the loop. We verify it, and then then we can become more autonomous. I think that's great for the admin, posting of invoices. Yes, fine, we can do that through automation schedules. but
going beyond that, going beyond anomaly detection, which is just deterministic, actually going t towards probabilistic, right? If we have CRM
customer emails come in, they can read them and classify them in terms of severity, right? Which ones should
Nirav Shah (10:16)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (10:17)
I be answering right now? so I think there's a lot of that. And I also think later we've got a small feature about the AI assistant, the little help AI assistant thing
next to the help, which we'll talk about later
Nirav Shah (10:25)
Yep. Yep. Yep.
Peter Nicholson (10:27)
on. I think that's great for end users and onboarding and stuff like that. But I think the actual AI use in the back end of creating marketing material
analyzing supply chain stuff like this. That's gonna be really benefici beneficial to back office teams. I do think though there's work that a lot of companies need to do before they can embrace this. It's only going to be as good as your GIs. So I think people that want to jump on this, who want to be at the forefront of of AI and ERP definitely need to start looking at what they've got in their system, the condition of their
master data, is everything up up to date, accurate, complete. have you got any GIs that you can actually deprecate and get rid of because you don't use them anymore? get rid of the crap, audit the stuff you have got. Are your GIs fully fleshed out? And I think also on GIs there's a new tab where you can give it some supplemental information for the AI. Right?
Nirav Shah (11:25)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (11:25)
So you can say, right, this GI is used for this, this and this, this is what this column represents in terms of, you know,
business definition. so I think there's a lot of prep work that we need to be doing before we can really leverage AI. I think Acumatica to come work on creating an amazing ecosystem for us. We ourselves must create the foundations for AI to to really add value to the business. and I think you're right, like I like that you can bring your own model, which is great because if you have already got
chat gpt for business or claude enterprise you can plug it straight in right you can just start using
Nirav Shah (12:02)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (12:03)
the tokens from there my concern is end users well it gets rid of shadow ai right it gets rid of people exporting a gi results screen to excel and uploading that to chat gpt their own chat gpt
Nirav Shah (12:16)
Right. Right.
Peter Nicholson (12:17)
account it stops that I think end users
And the business will be quite frightened of the difference between consumer pricing and a business pricing when you're actually getting priced per token. Consumer pricing, and I'm talking about your $20 per month or even your free account that an end
Nirav Shah (12:36)
Right. Right.
Peter Nicholson (12:37)
user can buy, you get so much usage for that because it's heavily subsidized by investors, by the very
Nirav Shah (12:45)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (12:45)
competitive edge between anthropic and openai. they
Nirav Shah (12:50)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (12:50)
give you so much. If you saw how much you get billed by the token billing, you'd be frightened. I mean I'm getting through you know thousands and thousands
Nirav Shah (12:58)
What? Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (13:00)
of dollars a month on it for my hundred dollar per month account.
Nirav Shah (13:05)
All
Peter Nicholson (13:07)
so that's slightly concerning for me. But it's gonna have to happen,
Nirav Shah (13:09)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (13:11)
right? Because you don't want stuff leaving your system.
I know that Acumatica
Nirav Shah (13:14)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (13:14)
have this masking, data masking thing where it removes any sensitive information. But then how useful
Nirav Shah (13:20)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (13:21)
is the output from the AI if it doesn't have actual values, right? You can't ask the AI, hey, which accounts are overdue? By the way, mask my
Nirav Shah (13:29)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (13:30)
data. I was gonna go, I don't know. I don't know you know, I don't know which your customer names are and I didn't see any values because it was all masked. my other
thing that I wanna have a look at is what you said there about the pricing, seeing what they're gonna do about it. and they said that they want to concentrate on onboarding customers into using AI and then sort billing out later on. My concern with that
Nirav Shah (13:47)
Mm-hmm. Yeah. Right.
Peter Nicholson (13:50)
is that's such a good sales tactic. Here, have a little sniff, right? Or you know you
Nirav Shah (13:53)
Yeah, exactly. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Peter Nicholson (13:56)
love it. And then you start building business processes around leveraging AI and the price goes right up. And now you're dependent on it.
Nirav Shah (14:02)
That's it. It's gone. Yep. Right
away.
Peter Nicholson (14:05)
you you've had that little taste, you're onboarded, and
Nirav Shah (14:07)
Mm-hmm. Yep.
Peter Nicholson (14:09)
now you're gonna pay. So I'm a little bit concerned about what they're gonna do with that in terms of
Nirav Shah (14:14)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (14:14)
even if it's my clawed, my claude enterprise
Nirav Shah (14:17)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (14:18)
account, it's gonna
Nirav Shah (14:19)
I agree.
Peter Nicholson (14:20)
it's gonna be logged as API transactions in the ERP. And we know that Acumatica is consumption based or transaction based, consumption based.
Nirav Shah (14:30)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (14:30)
little bit concerned what they're gonna do about the
usage of that in and out. who knows?
Nirav Shah (14:34)
Yeah, and
I think, yeah, like I said, I think this is just, hey guys, have at it. And then once we understand how people are using it and get feedback and see how far adoption could go, then they'll start slicing and dicing it and maybe have a light connector versus that maybe only looks at part of the database or they'll look
Peter Nicholson (14:54)
Yeah.
Nirav Shah (14:55)
at number of transactions that match your license tier, right?
and then you can
Peter Nicholson (14:59)
Yeah.
Nirav Shah (15:00)
only query a bit recent that.
with budgets for customers to implement this. But they're trying, and I don't think any publisher right now has hit a home run in this area for any publisher that has a MCP connection or connector out
Peter Nicholson (15:14)
Mm-hmm.
Nirav Shah (15:14)
there. So this is a really good step in the right direction.
Peter Nicholson (15:18)
Yep. I think it's moving so fast that no devo no publisher can hit home run. Right. And I think if
Nirav Shah (15:24)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (15:25)
you if you're trying to hit home runs now, you're gonna be it's gonna be wasted effort because it's gonna be look very different in six months' time. However, we do know that the foundations
Nirav Shah (15:30)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (15:33)
will still be around. MCP was a massive breakthrough about a year ago. and I think that's here to stay. And that's where I'm most excited
Nirav Shah (15:37)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (15:40)
about. If I can bring my own AI agent that already knows
information about my company from other sources, right? We know that companies don't live in their ERP a hundred percent. They leverage SharePoint. They have a lot of information in Outlook. They have a lot of information
Nirav Shah (15:56)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (15:57)
in Teams.
other connectors in the business, Salesforce, etc.
Nirav Shah (16:01)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (16:01)
So I like that I can use MCP. One, it helps with token usage, actually, when it has set tools and skills for the task at hand. But it also means that I can connect to my other sources. So when I ask it a question, it's not just whatever's in the ERP. Because we know it's like, right, you know, you're looking at ERP and you've got SharePoint up on the other other page looking at a custom contract.
or a project timeline in Monday dot com. Not everything is in Acumatica. So
Nirav Shah (16:26)
Okay.
Peter Nicholson (16:29)
having this foundation that Acumatica are building, I can already see that they're gonna be an an an advantage in this space with
Nirav Shah (16:36)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (16:38)
the work they're putting in now. So well done.
Nirav Shah (16:40)
Yep.
Peter Nicholson (16:41)
I love it.
Nirav Shah (16:41)
Yep. Yep. Yep.
Peter Nicholson (16:44)
Point number three, point number three, the data warehouse. So this is an interesting one. I've not really read up a lot about this. There's not a lot of information around, but they're calling it a native data warehouse,
Nirav Shah (16:57)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (16:57)
which is basically an enhancement at the moment to GIs. So it's an ability
Nirav Shah (17:02)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (17:03)
for GI results to be stored.
Because obviously each time you refresh the screen or refresh the GI, it's just pulling new the the the latest data, right? It's like for developers
Nirav Shah (17:15)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (17:15)
out there, it's like a SQL view. Essentially it is a SQL
Nirav Shah (17:17)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (17:18)
view based on the DAC tables, right? which are based on SQL Server tables. but this is like materialized views, as it were.
I think it's also
Nirav Shah (17:25)
Yep.
Peter Nicholson (17:26)
gonna tie into some of the AI stuff as well, especially if we can get the AI kind of writing to that that native data warehouse as well. you know, as it builds up context. I'd hope that they could
Nirav Shah (17:37)
Yep.
Peter Nicholson (17:38)
obviously build up context of each individual user and kind of a high level what the company's all around. I think this is gonna be great for optimization of GIs, especially GIs that don't change.
done. It'd be nice
Nirav Shah (17:49)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (17:49)
to be able to store that. and maybe kind of change control, right? We maybe we can properly do snapshots of the order book, right? We might be able to see how changes to orders affect the order book over time. Maybe we need a snapshot from first day of the month versus our month end position. I think this is good. I don't think it's ever well I probably categorically say it won't
replace data warehousing, it won't replace data engineering at all. but it's nice that we've got these kind of materialized GI results.
Nirav Shah (18:23)
this is interesting because you could start building specific. I don't know if they're doing it as a single database that's connected to your main instance. But you could start pushing aside data and have it live there.
and then start running queries on it and maybe connect it to Power BI, do other old data connections and stuff like that. It's an interesting concept. haven't really given this much thought in terms of what it could do, what the use case is exactly, but I'm sure if AgriMatic has rolled something out like this, it's taken considerable effort on their side to build this functionality and there's customers that need this type of.
type of advanced maybe data storage using this data warehouse feature. So I'm excited to see what this could actually do in real life for customers, are the use case scenarios for them. But this one, when I read this, was like, hmm, know, for an SMB customer, that's maybe $5 million, $10 million a year, right? And revenue, how would this go ahead and...
give them an advantage. What does it do for them? So I'm still trying to figure that out for this, but I do see this as one of those features that for me maybe might be more suited to the upper end of their Acumatica customer class, which could be maybe over $100 million, $200 million in revenue where they need this and maybe they do this across various different databases or companies if you have multi-company type of situation.
Yeah, that's this is a really interesting fascinating one to me.
Peter Nicholson (19:58)
Yeah, I think they're really building out this kind of data BI foundation. especially when we talk about Insight Excel. I've not really seen much more about Insight XL, but they're starting to build these native solutions.
obviously gearing towards
Nirav Shah (20:12)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (20:14)
analysis of our business which ultimately will drive this decisions that businesses make, right? If they can surface insights much easier, it's only gonna help the businesses in especially in market conditions, now changing conditions, be able to r react.
to external conditions much quicker if they have
Nirav Shah (20:32)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (20:32)
insights at the tip of their fingers. so I think this whole push towards this kind of date data warehouse.
and I want to see more of what they're gonna do here. I think optimization of GIs, especially you know, what it's like with GIs, right? You you you refresh it, you've got say 10,000 rows, 9,900 of them don't ever change. There's only a few that are actually
Nirav Shah (20:51)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (20:52)
live, right? so so why why have to refresh across the whole DAC?
Nirav Shah (20:59)
Right, that makes sense, that makes sense.
Peter Nicholson (21:01)
Okay, number four and then we can move on from AI but AI assistant, we did say earlier, AI
Nirav Shah (21:05)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (21:06)
assistant is really where I see a lot of value for end users, actual end users that are, customer service operatives, stuff like that that don't want to
navigate through menus, don't maybe don't know where to look. You've got 15 GIs. Which one's gonna have the answer for me? and I'm certainly not going to read all the wiki articles, right? Where can I go that isn't just emailing our one ERP expert who's bottlenecked because he's answering all of these questions about Acumatica for us? Where can I go?
Nirav Shah (21:37)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (21:37)
That isn't just Google. and I think the AI assistant in that
Nirav Shah (21:39)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (21:40)
top right banner is perfect for
just asking
Nirav Shah (21:43)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (21:44)
it questions about anything, right? It's it's essentially a chatbot, a very good chatbot because it's LLM on
Nirav Shah (21:46)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Very good, Chepa. Yep.
Peter Nicholson (21:51)
again if you're bringing your own model, right? It could be GPT six, could be Opus five, whatever it is, an a place to ask questions. So AI assistant, Nirav, what's your thoughts now with seeing this actually surface?
Nirav Shah (22:04)
Yeah, no, I like AI Assistant. This is such a cool concept. And we've used it. We've actually started to demo that to customers. And actually, for 26R1, there's managed availability for AI Assist at the moment. customers have to sign a waiver. And Acumatix has chance to see how they're using AI Assistant and stuff like that. So a few of our customers are using it right now.
really positive feedback. It's just a quick way that it looks at existing GIs, but it'll go ahead and quickly give information, right? For somebody, they don't have to go look at the GI. They could quickly look at a chart within the AI assist. They could ask mathematical questions on some functionality. It's really, I think it really shows well for that end user that is constantly inquiring the database, like a sales manager.
a production manager or, you know, somebody along those lines that's saying, Hey, how many, you know, what was my highest sale last month or to my top five customers. And you really get that really fast using the AI assistant. So I really like it. I think that this is going to continue to get better, improve. And it's going to get to higher adoption across customers across the board. And I think on top of it, if you know, when I was at Acumatica Ascent, which was
almost like two months ago, they're talking about agents and how agents are gonna basically be integrated with AI assistant. So how you do month end closes and stuff like that, do it right through AI assistant, then launch an agent and the agent will go ahead and start walking through the process to get your month closed, right? So this is just, again, on the whole AI front, an evolution process as they think of better and bigger ideas.
So I feel like this AI system is great, and especially now it's coming to GA now, general availability. think every customer should at least take a crack at this, look at this, because it's going to really help them in the long run.
Peter Nicholson (23:58)
Yep. the other thing that I really like about this is they demoed it at twenty six R2 release and it was the ability that we can now ask it to, you know, give us a visual, it might be a bar chart, you know, show me top ten customers open AR in a bar chart.
Nirav Shah (24:15)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (24:16)
It'll create that and I can actually drag it from that chatbot window onto the dashboard canvas and have it now as
on my dashboard, right? So if I have a s
Nirav Shah (24:25)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (24:26)
if I don't have to keep asking it the same question. I that was my bug, right? I said l long time
Nirav Shah (24:31)
.
Peter Nicholson (24:31)
that users that were gonna become tired having to, you know, type show me the top 10 AR balance by a customer every single time. Now we can
Nirav Shah (24:39)
you
Peter Nicholson (24:40)
have it create that that particular visual for us, drag it onto our dashboard, done. Right. That's that's great. It's gonna speed up dashboard creation as well.
so I really I really like that. I like the way this is going. we can obviously
Nirav Shah (24:52)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (24:53)
we can ask it information, how do I how do I set up a prepayment? Right. Well it will
Nirav Shah (24:59)
Yep.
Peter Nicholson (25:00)
do is it will actually scan through the inbuilt wiki. If Reacumatic instance has an inbuilt wiki, it will scan that.
Nirav Shah (25:05)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (25:06)
for those kind of questions where it can answer it within the instance, it doesn't consume AI units, which is great, because
Nirav Shah (25:13)
Right,
Peter Nicholson (25:13)
there's any
Nirav Shah (25:14)
right.
Peter Nicholson (25:14)
tool call
ac externally that you see AI units being consumed. So anything
Nirav Shah (25:18)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (25:20)
in internal it doesn't consume it. And I think that's great because I'd imagine the vast majority of questions will probably
Nirav Shah (25:26)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (25:27)
be answered that way for end users. How do I do this? How do I do that?
Nirav Shah (25:30)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (25:31)
also hoping that this AI assistant will increase ERP usage.
as well because it might be
Nirav Shah (25:36)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (25:38)
how do I do this thing and the answer
Nirav Shah (25:41)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (25:42)
is s a module that or you know feature of a module that you'd forgotten about or you aren't utilizing. So I really
Nirav Shah (25:47)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (25:49)
hope that the utilization of an ARP increases with an AI assistant. Because it's not going to go,
Nirav Shah (25:56)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (25:57)
hey, like here's a band-aid, it involves an external
process in an Excel file to sit on your desktop. It's not gonna suggest that. It's gonna suggest
Nirav Shah (26:03)
Right, no.
Peter Nicholson (26:05)
features in Acumatica. So yeah, I'm interested to see where this goes.
Nirav Shah (26:10)
Yeah, if anyone out there is using a assistant or wants to start using it with 26R2, I'd be interested to see what prompts you're giving it, what prompts you find like the most valuable. Because I'm sure there's other people around the world that is using a assistant and may not know about that prompt. So reach out to us either via YouTube channel or through LinkedIn and yeah, send
some tips over.
Peter Nicholson (26:31)
Yep. I would like to see this built out in the community as well. you know, sharing ideas of good prompts, solutions that people have made. We we've seen it, you know, with GIs, GI creations, people sharing XML files of some cool GIs they built. I would hope to see the same for some of the AI solutions that people are gonna build throughout the community. we know Acumatica
Nirav Shah (26:52)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (26:52)
is very hot and listening to the community. so I really see a nice a nice area developing there.
to to help each other out.
All right, next one. available to promise. Man, this is great for any manufacturers or distributors out there. Available to promise, it calculates the earliest date, the full quantity for an order line can ship. It looks at everything, it looks at stock on hand, plus incoming supplier, maybe they're on POs, transfers, production orders, kit assembly, you name it. and it it factors that in against demand that's already committed.
There I think there was a button that says fill ATP date, I think I saw in the demo. and it
Nirav Shah (27:31)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (27:32)
it looks at that and just calculates the the available to promise, right? What can you commit to your customer based on everything else that's already going on in the system? the setup is pretty quick as well. It's the three simple steps to configure this, to get ATP
Nirav Shah (27:48)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (27:49)
enabled.
the types of orders you want to include or not include, and that look ahead horizon, right? A little bit like MRP or inventory planning, as they call it now. I think this will take a lot of burden off of distributors that just don't know what they can commit to their customer. I've already seen it first hand that people have, you know, separate worksheet that lives outside of the system that has item lead times. because you know
things change and the purchaser only knows that there's been a recent conversation so it sits on their desktop and there's always that backwards and forwards. Hey, you know, wait when are we gonna get more of this and like it's a pain. So to be able to have an available to promise that looks over the entire system of what's going on and fill it in for me. I imagine that we're gonna see a lot of in efficiency improvements in this area. and
And also accuracy to our customers. No one wants to go back to the customer three or four times changing what you promised. it's it's not a promise then, is it? It's just a guess. so to
Nirav Shah (28:46)
No, it's not a promise. This is a guest guide.
Peter Nicholson (28:47)
be able to keep to your promise, I think this is this is great. and they've made it so much easier to be able to do that.
Nirav Shah (28:53)
Yeah, and this is, you know, I always look at planning as iterative and you know, there's so many moving pieces involved in planning and this one, think, Aikimetic hit the nail on the head to, you know, available to promise, you know, they do it up front on the sales order side, you do it, you know, you could do it, you could do simulated available to promise. So I thought this was really nice feature and I think it's going to continue to get better over the years.
Peter Nicholson (29:16)
The other thing I really liked as well, and they showed this in the demo, they showed the ability to have a look at if I've got multiple warehouses and I can can promise something earlier, it it will show me like the list of them and say, right, the available to promise if you shipped it from this location, will be such and such a day. I think that's great, especially if the customers requested, hey, I need this stuff, I need it next week. You can't do that.
So now it's just we'll get it to meet ASAP. Well, what's ASAP when I've got five warehouses or ten warehouses? Right. So to have a pop-up
Nirav Shah (29:49)
Exactly.
Peter Nicholson (29:50)
screen that set shows me stock in each of those locations, item availability, but also an ATP for each of those. I
Nirav Shah (29:56)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (29:58)
can kind of I can kind of choose. And it might be a case of you know, the
The quickest I can get to them isn't great for me as a business because it might be shipping from a distant location or a location
Nirav Shah (30:07)
Correct. That's right.
Peter Nicholson (30:09)
that's really expensive to ship from. but I
Nirav Shah (30:12)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (30:12)
can I can have that on the screen and make that choice. I can go, well, you know, here is a quicker one than my warehouse here. It's not the quickest, but it's, you know, it's also not incurring expedited freight for us or more expensive freight. So I I like being able to see options
Nirav Shah (30:29)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (30:29)
like that.
Nirav Shah (30:30)
Yeah. Yeah. And I think over time, just like, you know, how Acmechica does, you order orchestration that could be tied with the available to promise possibly that will give suggestions with, you know, with order orchestration kind of going hand in hand.
Peter Nicholson (30:44)
Yep. again, it's only as good as your data, so it kind of relies on purchasing
Nirav Shah (30:48)
Yep.
Peter Nicholson (30:49)
teams to be on top of their due dates.
Nirav Shah (30:52)
Yep.
Peter Nicholson (30:53)
ATP Engine uses that. So if they're not someone said to me, well, it's someone that I know listens to the podcast, maybe we'll get a comment on that LinkedIn when we post this. Dates, dates, dates. That's all I heard for like
Nirav Shah (31:05)
You
Peter Nicholson (31:06)
Six months of a project. Dates, it's all about dates. Dates, dates, dates. And it's true, right? Acumatica can do
Nirav Shah (31:09)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (31:12)
so much for us if we just keep on top
Nirav Shah (31:14)
Yep.
Peter Nicholson (31:14)
of our dates, whatever they are, right? Purchases, it's your due dates, it's your promise dates. sales,
Nirav Shah (31:18)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (31:19)
it's your ship dates and your commitments. obviously production, it's down to your your ready dates and when things are gonna be manufactured and finished. just keep on
Nirav Shah (31:26)
Exactly.
Peter Nicholson (31:27)
top of your dates and let Acumatica work out
the availability and what
Nirav Shah (31:30)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (31:31)
you can and can't commit to to customers. So
But yeah, great feature. Damn, I just missed it. We upgraded to twenty six R one and twenty-six R2
Nirav Shah (31:38)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (31:41)
comes out with available to promise.
All right, next one. Nirav, you pointed this one out for us. I actually didn't see this in in the features, but this is this is huge for you and a lot of your customers, right? This was a massive pain for you. So what's this feature and why did it stand out?
Nirav Shah (31:56)
It is. is. So
in Shopify, when you're a merchant, this Shopify related feature using the Shopify connector. And if you use Shopify and you do return customers requested a return to your product and you charge a restocking fee, let's say, which is 10 % of the order, right? Or the item value, whatever it is. Well, currently that restocking fee does not get synced back into Acumatica.
Return does. The return comes back in automatically that says you're returning this item at this price, blah, blah, whatever it is. But the fee never gets deducted on that return order, what we call it. So this has been a huge pain point for many, many, years for customers. Now, Accumatica added an additional field in the e-commerce store setup that now has restocking as a fee.
So if it's shown in the Shopify order, return order, that fee gets added to the sales line in the return order when that order gets synced in. just eliminates probably manual entry of managing every single return that comes into shop at Ematica. So this is a huge time saver from an e-commerce perspective for
people that are managing returns. So kudos to Actimatico for listening and getting this rolled out. This is going to be huge for that community.
Peter Nicholson (33:21)
Yeah, it goes to show the partnership continues with Acumatica and Shopify.
So I I'm glad to see that there's development in this area and they're identifying these these particular areas where it was weak on or or caused a lot of grief in admin. so yes, another win there.
Nirav Shah (33:30)
Yep. Yep. Yep. I like
that. Absolutely.
Peter Nicholson (33:39)
next one, shop floor kiosk version two point zero. So the shop floor kiosk it it arrived in twenty six R1. It was actually
Nirav Shah (33:42)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (33:50)
originally discussed in 2025, start of 2025, summit in Vegas. there was a workshop to discuss a shop floor kiosk that Acumatica were thinking about. At that time
Nirav Shah (34:03)
Hmm?
Peter Nicholson (34:04)
they had
Very primitive screens of an idea that they were flirting with. And the workshop was like a two-hour session, round table, where we had a mixture of VARs and customers and developers all in the room talking about this in groups, about what we need. And it was it was it's my
first time that I've seen such a thing from start to finish, if we can call this finish, where
Nirav Shah (34:29)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (34:29)
Acumatica
have an issue have an idea and they're actually working with the community. every publisher goes, yes, we listen to our our users' needs. Everyone says that. but do they do it
Nirav Shah (34:37)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (34:38)
in practice? Acumatica do, because it was really interesting
Nirav Shah (34:41)
All right.
Peter Nicholson (34:42)
to now start to see the development of the shop floor kiosk. that it has arrived, it continues to be worked on, more features
Nirav Shah (34:49)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (34:49)
are coming to it. and it's quite funny because I see the screens of the shop floor kiosk. I've not used it.
But there's certain features
Nirav Shah (34:55)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (34:56)
that I can see on the screen. I even remember talking about this very point. And here it is in the solution. So I think that's really cool. was the first release for twenty six R One. It had labor reporting, we could complete orders, we could put in a scrap amount, and we could kind of see what materials we would need to be able to to start a
start a work order. 26 R2 expands this out to allow us to do issues of materials. So operators can issue materials to the specific operation. They can even issue substitutes and even items that weren't on the bill of materials, right? So I can find it and
Nirav Shah (35:32)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (35:33)
add it to that. I can also capture lot and serial attributes. I can search through them.
Nirav Shah (35:37)
That cereal is just going to say,
yep, yep.
Peter Nicholson (35:39)
and I can even correct incorrect quantities on the spot,
I think that's great
Nirav Shah (35:44)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (35:45)
because especially in areas where traceability is really important for your business, having it closest to the people that actually did the work, is is the best approach really than it passing through multiple hands. You know, well well who does this bit and there's ambiguity of who does what. I think having
Nirav Shah (36:01)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (36:02)
everything closest to the people doing the work, regardless of what it is, is the best approach. this allows
the the actual operators to do that stuff and be accountable. and empower them to do it as well. It stops
Nirav Shah (36:14)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (36:15)
having to have supervisors come in at the start of the shift and clean up the mess of the night shift and you
Nirav Shah (36:21)
nice
Peter Nicholson (36:21)
know, the things that we always hear pain points on shop floors about. what's your take on shop floor kiosk? Have you got any customers that have asked about this?
Nirav Shah (36:30)
so we recently demoed it actually. Really slick, really easy to use. It goes to what their objective was for this, is to give a screen that only operators need. That's really it. Not flop it up with all this other stuff on there. Make it do 50 different jobs at once. This is mainly just for shop floor.
I think they made it easy to understand. Now they made it a little bit more flexible. So you could issue materials, know, inside the bill, outside the bill, scrap, update quantities, correct quantities, all that type of thing. So it's really good. I think this is one of those that's basic enough that I think every manufacturing customer should have it if you have shop floor activity. Because I think it's just going to increase your visibility onto your floor.
and where it could get better. Is this going to replace like your full like an MES type system where you're integrated into a CNC or you're integrated into a specific work center? That's not going to happen here. This is again basic. It's purpose built really just for you know that shop floor that's not very sophisticated. Maybe they don't have a shop floor client at all. They've never done shop floor later.
labor tracking so they want something now. I think this is great for them. I think every manufacturer should at a certain level have some sort of time tracking system, especially if you're touching inventory, you're touching a machine, you need to know how much machine inventory time or worker time, all that stuff is gonna be costing you. This is a need, this is a necessity, and I think this is a great entry point. And I'd like to see, I do like that Acumatica is investing in this.
I just hope that they don't invest too much into this and then it becomes like a very confusing screen. I think right now it's very, very slick. It's very nice. It's easy to understand. It tells you what jobs you're logged into before you even have to log into the job. And, you know, it gives you a nice read of all the different routing lines of that production order. Which one do you want to start? How to issue material, right? It gives you like such an intuitive understanding. And I hope it's in a sense of stops here, but
It is a nice, but I know they also have another client shop for client now. Are they trying to maybe deprecate that, get rid of that and just have this as their solo one moving forward? I don't know. But this is a nice one that Acumatica has out of the box, which is very basic, but it's very powerful at the same time for companies that don't have this in place.
Peter Nicholson (38:53)
I get excited about these things and I think about what the future could look like for the shop floor kiosk. Imagine a time, you know, we know they're also working on advanced planning and scheduling.
Nirav Shah (39:03)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (39:04)
we're seeing we haven't touched upon it here, but there's extra features on advanced planning and scheduling around capacity management of work centers. imagine if you will
We're a few years
Nirav Shah (39:13)
Yep.
Peter Nicholson (39:14)
in the future. We've got shop floor kiosk, we've got AI, and we've got advanced planning and scheduling. Right. I'm a sh I'm a worker on the shop floor. A machine goes down. I'm halfway through a job. I go up to my tablet. Stop. Right? Machine's down.
Nirav Shah (39:29)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (39:29)
It's gonna it's gonna be down. We don't know when it's gonna be fixed. Imagine that you have an ability there to go, where else can I run this?
I don't want to go back to the office, ask the supervisor, or we need to move this now. Is there another production line or work center I can? So we click that, we've got an issue.
Nirav Shah (39:45)
you
Peter Nicholson (39:46)
It then, you know, blocks out that machine, sends an alert to supervisors or whatever that these other work orders not yet started, need to be moved and rescheduled because this machine's blocked out. But what do I do with the one that's in process right now? I would love it if we can have synergy between the
shop floor kiosk an AI agent to look up where else this tool can run suggest a work center on my shop floor and go hey you could run it in this cell or this work center
Nirav Shah (40:15)
Yep. Yep.
Peter Nicholson (40:16)
and I can just click do you want to move this job? Yep. The AI agent
Nirav Shah (40:20)
That's it.
Peter Nicholson (40:20)
uses the MCP, moves the work order to a different work center, and me as a shop floor, I just all I see as a shop floor operative is I've paused this, I've said the machines down.
It's suggested I go to move it to Work Center seven, I confirm, I'm done, right? All I need to do now is go to work centre seven, set the job up, and
Nirav Shah (40:37)
Yep. Done. Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (40:42)
the tablet there, it might be the same tablet, but if you've got a tablet per work center, I go there, log in, start
that the
Nirav Shah (40:47)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (40:48)
job's there on Work Center, so I just click go and I just continue. the dream.
Nirav Shah (40:51)
Right.
Peter Nicholson (40:55)
We'll get there.
Nirav Shah (40:56)
Reality sooner or later.
Peter Nicholson (40:58)
Yep, we'll be he we'll be here twenty eight R two and we'll have all these kind of cool things.
Nirav Shah (41:01)
Hahaha
Peter Nicholson (41:02)
all right. The last one on here, Naralf, you found this
Nirav Shah (41:06)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (41:06)
in the release notes. So what
Nirav Shah (41:08)
Yep.
Peter Nicholson (41:08)
is it? why did it stand out for you?
Nirav Shah (41:12)
Well, this is is good. Almost every accounting system does this already, to be honest, where if you're known as an accounting system, you're some way some form integrated with the IRS, especially 1099s.
in Accumatica, know, the rule is anybody that you pay $600 or more now in services should get a 1099, they call it 1099 miscellaneous form that you fill out at end of the year. So each vendor should get this. currently you got to fill out the form. And then actually what you got to do is you got to take the specific form, the IRS form, put it face down. So Accumatica prints the data in the right boxes. It does that
at least.
But then you take that form, turn around, you scan it, and then you got to upload it into the IRS portal. So now with this new feature, you essentially are hitting a couple of buttons in Acumatica that will generate those forms electronically and submit those forms directly to the IRS electronically. So no more printing, saving, re-uploading type of stuff anymore. is literally just year end time, going through making sure you have your 1099s together.
calculated, they're just hitting a couple buttons and having it go to the IRS. I think that's huge.
Peter Nicholson (42:25)
Yep. there were a couple of other things around finance but US only. Bill PayFaster, so faster ACH and international
Nirav Shah (42:33)
Yep.
Peter Nicholson (42:33)
payments, but obviously bill.com is a US platform.
Nirav Shah (42:37)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (42:37)
we see payroll up to sixty-three percent faster. but again Acumatica payroll covers only the
Nirav Shah (42:42)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (42:44)
US and I believe Canada.
Nirav Shah (42:46)
Yep.
Peter Nicholson (42:46)
and some enhancements to EasyPost,
all right we're in the dying minutes of this but I think we should have a rapid fire round honorable mentions.
ones that we spotted
Nirav Shah (42:56)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (42:57)
but didn't highlight. I'm gonna run down the list here. we have intelligent bank matching. Learns from matches you've confirmed, so manual work doesn't have to repeat every month. vendor approval workflow. This is good. It keeps new or changed vendor records out of purchasing an AP until they're approved. So that's great. refunds without opening reopening closed periods. They can post to the
Well, they're post to the current open period. Warehouse picking strategies, palette, each, cases, picked from the right zone automatically, plus handing over a part finished pick list without losing what's picked. We can do it's an extension to pick priority. All right, we have you know we can pick according to our warehouse layout.
Nirav Shah (43:43)
Yep.
Peter Nicholson (43:43)
shipping rate, shopping that sorts by cost and shows in green or red whether each service meets the customer's requested date.
address checks before the label prints
Nirav Shah (43:51)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (43:54)
for easy post. commerce, Shopify exchanges arrive reconciled, big commerce B2B accounts
Nirav Shah (43:57)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (44:00)
sync both ways. CRM AI flags which opportunities and cases need attention. so a great partnership with AI and CRM module there. Projects, I did listen into the construction talk in the session.
They have some great improvements around projects. And this is mainly well, the thing that stood out for me was this whole parent-child projects setup. So I think that's really good.
so well done there. And the general platform,
Nirav Shah (44:25)
That's pretty cool.
Peter Nicholson (44:28)
mobile clock in, clock, clock out with offline support, real-time license and resource consumption visibility, system monitor. We see tweaks there now to have an API monitoring tab. so that's great
Nirav Shah (44:41)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (44:41)
to see if there's any
Particular integrations are absolutely hammering the system, and how close you are to those API license limits. resource units are renamed in plain English. ACU becomes CPU, DCU becomes SQL.
so lots of great
Honourable mentions, I think there. and and we're
Nirav Shah (44:57)
Absolutely.
Peter Nicholson (44:58)
gonna also close off the show with mentioning what Acumatica used to close off theirs with, and that is Summit 2027. So it's it's it's a coming. when and where?
Nirav Shah (45:09)
It's coming.
Peter Nicholson (45:10)
It is the 24th to the 27th of January next year, again at Seattle Convention Center, the summit building. this is where they moved to as of last year.
They finished their agreement with Las Vegas and it's now moved to the home of well, home of tech, really, Seattle, but also the home of Acumatica. I think it's a massive improvement last year, the conference, better layout, multi-floor. I think it really, really worked, and I'm I'm excited to see what this summit looks like from one, the content.
to see what's coming in the roadmap, the AI talks that we're gonna have, the discussions with people, everything that we get at a summit, but also the improvements they might have made from what they learnt holding the the first one at Seattle Convention Center. So Nav excited, ready for our live our live stream from then?
Nirav Shah (46:01)
Yeah. Excited. We're to do a live one
there. That's for sure. No, Seattle.
26R2 there and probably even peaks into 20, you know 27R1 as well. it's, know, Aikimatica is ever evolving and keeping up with the landscape and the changes. So these are great events to come to if you're an Aikimatica customer or thinking of being an Aikimatica customer. Seeing the whole ecosystem gives you a really great idea of, you know, how forward these guys are and you know what the future holds for ERP.
Peter Nicholson (46:32)
And finally, the verdict on twenty twenty six R two. Do you advise we take it or should we wait?
Nirav Shah (46:41)
I would say take the version, wait for the next build. So I would say don't immediately take this first build that comes out of this version, wait until the next build is out, that's gonna be a little bit more stable and get under. I would say probably around November.
December timeline if you have a chance to upgrade you might be a little slower because in the holidays anyways might be a good time to upgrade at that point but there is in the community maybe we'll put through that up as a bonus as part of this this episode we'll throw up what the what the known issues are and Whether they're fixed or not in this particular build so then you determine whether that's enough for you to upgrade now or you want to wait
Peter Nicholson (47:26)
I agree. I think definitely. never take the first build. at least wait for a few service packs to come out first.
Nirav Shah (47:29)
Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (47:32)
but I I really like this and I think two releases a year, the way that the modern ERP world works, I think it's almost I see it almost like iPhones, right? People are like, Should I buy the new iPhone now? Or wait? And but
Nirav Shah (47:48)
Right, exactly.
Peter Nicholson (47:49)
Otherwise you're always gonna be waiting. don't get it now. The iFIN nineteen's gonna come out in a few months. you know, it's
Nirav Shah (47:53)
Hahaha
Peter Nicholson (47:54)
always gonna be the next thing, the next thing. but it's just what's sensible for you and your business. Look at the features, look at what's coming out,
Nirav Shah (47:59)
Yeah. Yeah.
Peter Nicholson (48:02)
and make a value proposition, right? Is this now the time for us to upgrade? Is there enough worthy features that's going
Nirav Shah (48:08)
Yep.
Peter Nicholson (48:08)
to help us grow, help us use the system better?
it now is the time. I wouldn't just do it if there's one shiny thing. There needs to be quite a few. but I would certainly agree with you. Don't take this initial release, just wait a few months. but I think there's enough enough here that if you are on an old older version, it's definitely worth jumping, especially now we're starting to see some of the AI features settle down.
Very good. so that's it. Acumatica twenty twenty six R2. AI gets the headlines again.
Nirav Shah (48:38)
Mm-hmm.
Peter Nicholson (48:39)
but there's so many features in other spaces, other development that isn't just AI. So definitely take a look. if this episode was useful, please give us a like and subscribe and follow wherever you're listening or if you're watching on YouTube.
